hi got a reskim on a chalky powdery ceiling was going to stabilise it first but after that is it bonding agent or pva or none thanks

Tack coat pva mate then skim, what u usin for stabiliser? What's the background?

Stabalizer and pva ,easy ,save you overboarding.

Id overboard it and use the stabiliser on Walls just to be safe
