got to plasterboard over existing mortar ceilings in a shop and there is a flat above i told the landlord it will have to be fireboarded but she said it doesnt need to as its not new build she said just use ordinary single plasterboard as its not compulsory to use fireboard or double plasterboard is she right any advice please
