would you like a cuddle to warm you up ????

My van has been stuck at a customers house on their drive for a few days now and NO sign of it warming up.

Good job I bought myself a £300 estate car for tip runs, come in well handy now :)

done mono job this week in a court yard, we covered it up with hessian ,in the morn it was ok but water in barrels and taps froze, dont think gonna bother till weather turns, puts us well behind aswell

Its funny how we soon forget how winter is meant to be , as i remember it you allways lost time on site to the cold boards outside sites saying "No wet trades today " as a labourer it was great to turn around and go home .

just see all the timber frame houses moving about a foot when it all starts to dry out, think how much water is frozen into the wood and then sealed inside the house as the roof goes on.

Yeah they dont even let them stand for a while to settle before painting anymore .

A lot are built on flood plains i dont think they give a f**k aslong as they get them finished on time and sell them but they arent selling as quick anymore.

Long as the plaster on the walls/ceiling doesn't get frost directly on it not a problem, plaster warms up when setting, helps to keep ya warm.
