It seems to be happening to two users - they could both have visited a link displayed on this site or they could both have visited the same thing and been shown that particular ad based on their browser history.

You need to look at your juicy ads (or whatever it is) list.

Actually, Juicy ads specifically ban such ads.

Very likely that a dozen people on a specific forum have triggered the same keywords and very likely, they'll do it again - or another dozen will.

Adblocker's the answer because I'm getting nowt.

Zombie will be along in a minute to say that that's because I only google mop buckets and animal porn, but that ain't so.
