My questions were not to have a go at you in anyway pal. The job looks good as I said in previous post. I've just not seen cornice run in multi before that's all :RpS_unsure:

i would not have the patience, either. i'm no michaelangelo. i just want to be in and out. more than two days in the same place and i start to get depressed.

I'm wondering , as we use different materials over here in the western part of the US, all the gypsums and lime products we use are a white color and set & dry that way. Almost all the pictures of work in the UK your plaster products all seem to be a brown tone, anybody know why the difference?

think it's just where it's mined, loren. impurities in the gypsum. but don't quote me on that. we used to get grey bonding in this neck of the woods. but for the past few years it's been pink. things were simpler when it was grey. now i have to explain to customers sometimes that the bonding i've thrown on is not the finish coat and not to worry etc. knauf plasters are more what you're used to. like an off white alabaster
