Cost of skim coat per sqm

i am pricing a job with some skim coated ceilings

average size of ceiling is around 25 sq m

what rate would i need to be charge per sq meter

any help would be great..

i charged £450 for a 60msq ceiling over over artex so i would deffinately charge over £200 for a 25msq one mate, i would get out of bed for 120 lol
