Apart from the price difference, all of the mentioned bonding agents/primers are good.
Euan, To prevent yourself from choosing the wrong product, test the background first by splashing water on it. If it's high suction it will be absorbed immediately, if it's low suction it will run down the wall or form droplets on the ceiling
