What can i use to write on a plasterboard so that its still visible after its skimmed?
Can only think of using them red spot things that still show through the skim for spot lights etc. Need a fair few to write the message if i used those. Tried it with coffee and its shows up but disappears when the skim dries out.

I've heard crayon can be a real ballache for going over, it's the suction difference, shows right through.

the rest of the paint will pull in and dry before whatever you have drawn or written in sbr

Yep shows through a treat. Customer let her kids draw all over the wall with sharpies for the weeks between taking the wallpaper off and me skimming it. She had to stain block the lot after it dried

Thin brush with watery pva ..write on your finished skim,then it dries in clear and cant notice it ...then when its painted it mysteriously appears

I used to polish messages into the walls on site for my decorator friend to find when he mist coated. Things like "Len is a w**k*r" or "you'll need to sand this" always made me chuckle.

“We are watching you”
so when it’s painted that bit will stay wet.
