Damp patches under indow cill help help help

Hi everyone i have come across this forum and i am looking for some help i have recently bought my first house and upon the winter hitting we noticed some large damp patches appering under the window.
With heavy rain fall this got considerably worse and actual droplets of water were coming out of some of these patches. I have asked everyone local to me and been given a list of things from you need a new roof to you need new rendering. Any help or info shed on this would be apprecited. May i add the property was installed with cavity wall insulation which we have been told to remove also. And there is no other bad damp like this in the property only this one wall

If someone’s advising you on your roof I’m going to assume this is upstairs?

If it’s getting worse with rain then it’s water getting in. Check your render and check your seals round the window. Then go from there

Hi everyone only just managed to log back into here this is underneath a down stairs window near the front door the render out side i have been told is only 1mil skim im no builder or any knowledge at all. We have had another roofer out since and he has said that if it was roof related we would have issues up stairs also which we dont. I can comfirm that the cavity is filled with rockwool also if more photos are needed pls ask and i will take some more tomorrow i have been offered to take the window out and replace is and i have also had someone silicone all round the window.
