Thing is if you come around the west mids firms on site will tell you to fuk off if you ask for 4 quid a meter on skim I know where bears coming from been there 2:50 skim is a good rate on new build round here anything over that is a bonus and I've only ever known 20/30 p over that since I've been doing it that's why I don't work on site anymore takes the piss
