I dont know , I would query it myselfwhats the point of the flashing if its rendered over?

Do you follow the need for a flashing here?i read the drawing as only over the flashing, about one sheet wide, as it is not shown further down under the render.

I'd expect that its a renovation given the details, my brothers project managing it,architect sent this detail and he asked my opinion .my brother that is..not under render. is this a new build or a renovation?
Looks like it's just over the flashing, nice spec I suppose there is not much else you can do to stop the water getting in apart from copings which they don't want, going to this much trouble.I am trying to figure out if eml is used on all the wall or just sectional on the flashing.
12mm or 15mm stop? I would be leaning to 15mm for a traditional renderLooks like it's just over the flashing, nice spec I suppose there is not much else you can do to stop the water getting in apart from copings which they don't want, going to this much trouble.

I would add a ronafix slurry before scratch coat, brush it right in tomgive it that xtra waterproofing qualities, but other than that it looks ok to me,15mm s/b for me also@malc @Rigsby @essexandy @superspread who is on holidays but still reading this..enjoy
