I’m hearing good feedback from 3 guys I know have them, I think these will surprise a few people that they mix up a fair few bags no problem
 
My biggest regret is when I brought my last drill a mega mixer I sort of got a 110v purely out of habit even though I’m 99% domestic now it’s a real pain dragging the transformer out at times
 
Problem with this technology is it moves on fast. You spend over £500 and in 12 months 2 years it’ll be a complete monstrosity when competitors bring out the latest tech.
 
How many batteries come with it?
How many bags can you mix off one charge?
How much?
How long to charge ?
Sure I could search the internet for these answers but to be fair manufacturers do tend to exaggerate
 
The first time you get caught out on a big gauge with no fresh battery it will be left in the lock up to gather dust!

You need reliability in our game!
 
I'll wait until makita bring one out that you can plug half a dozen normal 18v batteries in (since I've got 12). Problem is I'd still have the corded version in the van 'in case'.
Can you imagine being half way through mixing a few bags of addy, battery goes and you suddenly realise that the other is sat in the charger that some numpty unplugged for the radio?

It'd be nearly as bad as when there isn't a charged battery for the radio.

Yeah i am taking my eleccy one as well just in case.... i will be doing a full in depth review so should have a good idea what is what soon enough

Radios are much more important
 
Looking forward to the review @Danny
heard great things about cordless mixing drills my concern is dot and dab the power from the batteries and motor struggling burning the switch out (I'm not a moron with mixing dab but we all know it's a killer on pants drills)
 
We’ve got one of these,
Decent bit of kit and the batteries charge up in no time, about 400quid plus vat so not daftly priced either.
 
IMO no one knows just how good these mixers will be long term.
How long will the batteries keep holding their charge?
I've got a little 1000w Refina that I've had for over twenty years and it just keeps doing its job, will this DeWalt even come close? I doubt it.
