Starting to prefer this setup over my marshalltown!
There’s no flex on it at all.. Infact the dewalt 0.7 is actually stiffer & stronger than the marshalltown. Also the handle is a lot more comfortable to hold.By the looks of it your putting on with that 0.7 flex
For a start looks better! And the build quality seems better than my marshalltownso what does it do better than your marshalltown?
Fuk all to do with the trowel it's down to the plant pot pushing it. Ha haFor a start looks better! And the build quality seems better than my marshalltown

so it's not a flex trowel then even though says so on blade? There’s no flex on it at all.. Infact the dewalt 0.7 is actually stiffer & stronger than the marshalltown. Also the handle is a lot more comfortable to hold.
Just admit it looks prettyso it's not a flex trowel then even though says so on blade?
that makes sense
So a flex trowel with no flex.. an I thought Covid was confusing.
Haven’t looked into these to be honest but looks like a standard 4.5-5inch width so with that blade being 0.7 there’s gonna be no flex at all, just putting the popular words on the trowel to make it more marketableThey're doing 0.7mm, 0.5mm, and 0.4mm versions, but yeah, it is stupid to label 0.7mm as a 'flex' trowel, unless the steel has been treated to make it any more flexible than standard 0.7/0.8 laying-on trowels.
I like handboard
not as pretty as you gingeJust admit it looks pretty
just confirms to me pal what I've always thought..flexi trowels loada bolloxThey're doing 0.7mm, 0.5mm, and 0.4mm versions, but yeah, it is stupid to label 0.7mm as a 'flex' trowel, unless the steel has been specifically treated to make it more flexible than standard 0.7/0.8 laying-on trowels.
It might be made for Level 5, in a Polish factory, and rebadged for them (some Dewalt gear definitely appears to be, especially their overpriced spats)
I know mate ..I knownot as pretty as you ginge
dewalt trowel = you might be pretty but I wouldn't shag theeI know mate ..I know

So what is the thickness of the blade on a Permashape trowel?
I think 0.7mm
Pretty sure it was on here a while back.
They do a solid steel finisher . Always wondered how they are because I bought the handboard and its an absolute game changer . So so easy to clean it's the dogs b*ll***s
