Here’s a nice little simple setup for anyone interested. Can imagine it’s pretty problem free doing it this way.
Do you think so? I can't see any pros for having this over a mixing pump, atall, ever. There's so many bits to this it's clumsy. The conveying unit is 3phase so you'll need a genie. The mixing unit is 230, so you'll either need a genie with single and triple phase sockets or plug the mixer into the mains. Then you've got a separate compressor, another power cable, and a remote lead to the machine to control it. That's power sorted, now water. Fetch your water pump and barrel plug that in, another cable. It’s a versatile setup though @Wezly.
When you put it like that then yeah it’s a headache. I meant versatile as in it can do the lot. Mono and thin coat bases and finish.Do you think so? All of that and your still only spraying at 20lpm as that's all the mixing unit can manage.
So now your spraying, don't forget you can't just chuck 10 bags on and run up the scaff with your mate and spray and rule that section, if you turn the spray gun off you'll need to run down and switch the mixer off separately.
Now your cleaning out, you've got two units to clean, let's hope the conveyer hasn't been in the sun or it'll all be baked on that open hopper. You scrub all that down remembering on a mixing pump your wet zone is the size of a pint glass.
It'll do thincoat, but only base, not topcoat on a D pump.
The new ritmo slimline does everything this does and more, in one simple unit that will fit in a car.
Completely different machine the swing airless. This will only run D and maybe R pumps but is restricted by its mixing unit to 20lpm.The swing would do airless internal too.
