the tech expert should be an independent person. employed by the court.

Well i have to supply the names of three tech peeps, and there cv qualifications and fee details , the claimant has to supple three, then we have to agree one ( this will not happen ) if we cant decide then the court will make the appointment , so i need proper boffs not just guys who have an opinion thanks !........
