It's up to the individual if they think they deserve it and if you have payed your dues you do deserve it, I'm sure you've payed into some kind of scheme and you deserve it? The problem with it is all the form filling which puts a lot off and a lot who deserve it, also the means testing costs just as much and doesn't save anything. Then straight away in typical Tory style you blame the poor, the question you should be asking is it fair for the ones who have paid in never mind the ones that haven't that's irrelevant, the point is it's not fair on the ones who have paid in and let's not forget this is a Tory idea so stop looking to blame labour ffsStill confused lol, so its ok for ken Clarke, Jeremy Corbyn, two jags, to receive the winter fuel allowance ?
Btw how is it fair that someone who has sponged of the state all their soryy life's get care free whilst someone who has worked has to pay, nothing makes that fair unless it's free for all. Now I'm guessing this has always been the case under any labour led government ?
