Hold on, hold on. I'm not asking for rates or prices, so everyone take a breath and calm down. :RpS_biggrin:

I've got a feasibility study and initial estimate from an architect for a large job in a school. The architect has used a contract QS to give a price on the concept drawings. BTW, why to these donkeys talk so much BS?

Anyway, the price is ridiculous, hilariously over the top across the board. Anyone want to guess what they're saying per square metre to dot and dab some exposed brick wall?

an architect on a school, i would guess that it will be doubled boarded with spanned joints.

£40 per square metre on 2200 mm high walls, no reveals, no external angles.

Looking at some of the prices I think it's time I reviewed my rates!

dont do it imago, you dont want to be dropping your rates now its getting so busy out there :RpS_laugh:

if you could get an architects nomination that is the rate you would receive.

I'd better delete this before @Nisus or @Olican see it :RpS_unsure:

Too late! :RpS_biggrin:

Is this the job you mentioned the other day?
Looks like it's gonna be a good summer then ££££'s :RpS_drool:
