I turned up yo a living room reskim this morning armed with all the usual tapes for masking up sockets sils windows etc and the role and strole for the laminate floor. To find the living room completely empty ,socket fronts pulled of and taped.windows completely protected ceiling lights droped and taped and floor completely protected, then a water butt full at the back door and the walls all ova night before and he had just give it a second coat, I hadn't asked for any of this as I had priced to do it all. And a brew and bacon butty as I walked through the door. #onehappyplasterer

Ive had a one like that , had sheets all the way up the stairs , lights and sockets off and in boxes and taped up and into the box , lights unscrewed . No pva like but i dont mind that. Carpet down that they were taking up so just hoy a blue tarp down happy days that time

I tend to find the customers that do that kind of thing are older. Or in the trade. Did a kitchen for my mate and the customer was a retired decorator. He knocked off all the loose plaster. Took sockets off etc. Next day hed got my extension out and ran tut from the garage ready for me. gave me loads of fishing gear too. Top chap

beats my clown of a customer - emailed last night and text today asking if theres access to the property ... totally ignores me til 3.30 today ... told him i'll be resending my quote as im not loading up Monday morning and wasting my time for free when it could of been today after id finished at lunch ... couldn't honestly care if he cancels the job .... last few weeks have been a nightmare with time wasters etc .... god if I could jack it tomorrow I honestly would .... think I need a holiday lol
