Chris what I really like about it, is that it's LIGHT my fecking elbows dont hurt with this gear. Yes it has perlite in it and when you leave it 48 hours suction over mate. and it's £8.16 a bag bq. And dont forget it is all pre blended so the last bag is the same as the first bag. When we use sand cement at 3-1 to far to strong a mix to be slapping on old walls no give in it. If any thing we would be better useing lime render for this kind of work.
 
8 quids a bit different... almost hardwall price that...
not far off 18 quid a bag few years ago if i remember...
