Make good from B&Q is the fastest I've tried, one hour set, its also the worst though !
I always go for Knauf from Wickes if possible.

That's a shame as your adhesive has been shite lately.
Weird uneven shrinkage. Never had it until the gear changed texture a while ago. Probably caused by recycled crap being used for manufacture?

Just so happens I know a supplier who will sell you 25kg bags of porridge for just £265. It isn't listed on their website, so you'll just have to ask for it and trust the quoted price.
