E-Grade Through G4

Hi,
I have been trying to get K-rend e-grade to go through G4 with pft Twister on it for the last couple days with no success??
Yesterday primed machine, ran material through machine , connected hoses ran material through hoses at ground level it was spraying at 350 which i thought was quite wet, put hoses up on scaffold and machine blocked and we had to wash out, Today put new rotor and stator on (PFT Twister) primed machine had water set at 400 and it wouldn`t even come through machine ?
Is anyone else using this material through G4 at the moment? i would welcome the feedback.

Use a d 4_2 clampable stator or a d 6_3 twister slimline for k rend silicone e grade. Double check that it is defo e grade aswell.

We sell the D6-3P1 this works well with E-grade. We would also recommend the Spray Jet to go with this
 
Its designed to be used with a 230v machine. It takes less effort for the machine to turn a slimline twister or clampable stator. The silicone in egrade makes it difficult to start up.
To get u through it with ur current twister every time u go to turn the machine on and it jams quickly reverse it to unblock and then go forward. If u had a more powerful generator or mains power ubwouldnt have the problem but the genny would need be pretty big

I`ve never used e-grade before only weber and k1, How long can you put down pipes when ruling etc between lifts?
 
We have no problems pumping e grade through our g4 we use a d63 twister from Ryan at plasterers one stop shop and it sprays like a dream and just a 12kva geni as stated before make sure it e grade as you shouldn't b having any probs
