What is this . The roughing n skim on top had mam dad kids name 1968 0n never seen it before

At first we thought it was tile adesive . Its about a inch n half thick

Also never seen breeze walls this thin . Wanted it boarding both side but i said just do one with 9mm boards and rough other as i.m scared it will fall over lol

these 2 inch breeze blocks were used upto the time when building control wanted a rsj under a block wall. that is when a stud wall became the norm.
