Surely diamond lath fixed to render board sbr d first and sbr in sand & cement render scratch coat won’t move

Unbelievable to the advice some lads give on here...one thing for sure we will never be out of work just the constant repairing of badly specified work would be enough to keep us going!!

Well lads, currently building an ICF house, im familar with acrylic and Monocouche render finish but id preder a sand and cement finish.
I was considering fixing a 12-14mm cement board onto the outside, then some form of tistle bond or rendagrip, then applying my scratch coat and sand and cement finish. What do ye reckon. Bare in mind ive sand and cement plastered a smooth finish formed concrete wall 5 years ago and i only applied thislte bond, and absolutley no problems
