Alan when I first got my machine i was in the same boat as u. I bought the machine for skimming. I day it would spray no problem next day it would clog. It did my head in. I was going to kill the poor bloke that sold me the machine. He had to hang the phone up on me i was fuking him off that much. He phoned me up a week later. Have u calmed down yet. I say i have. I let him call out to a job we where on. It turned out we were not cleaning the machine probably. I felt like a tool.

Back on subject here Alan. If you had 5 plasterers available as you mentioned do you not think that they would be unproductive waiting for 1 machine to spray it all on.
Logically you will spray 1 wall at a time and if each plasterer did 4 walls a set to cover his wages then you need to spray 20 walls.
5 plasterers mixing for themselves would likely have a whisk each and mix and lay on before 1man sprayed them 20 walls surely.
If you were the unlucky guy trowelling the last 4 walls you would be finishing a good hr or more later than the first guy who trowells up.
