So the new roof joists were on the piss. Then this insulation was installed, then even worse joists put over the top. Just one of them ones.

Board ceiling n make some frame work where it meets doors to take board.. and also weight of curtain poles etc.

Prepped walls bit of bonding n pva ,scrim beads etc. then went back other day to skim it.put ceiling and all The reveals on new mix put all walls on then laid it
All down together new mix

Gear was greasy

U want to work on your angels,get them sharper pal looks like u tickled the ceiling line in with a brush

Yeah, you mean the wooden box ? Can see it better in this picture.

Never use a brush. Corner trowel to form finish with trowel.

@Ritch you really shouldn’t be using a brush pal that’s rough. You’d be lucky to be paid if left it all brushed in round here.

Angles are the first thing you see in a room. Even on them wonky old rooms you’ve got to get them sharp!

Catch it with a brush at right time and you can’t see any brush marks.
