are you a member of them as a plasterer as my mum is in need of sparks kitchen bathroom fitter renders can only use members FMB MEMBERS
need a new kichen and bathroom
3 bed rewire
cracks out side chased filled with poly resin trying too swing it for a detatched 3bed rerender
2 lids over artex to reskim and probs all the chaces from the rewire
??? looking for trades in essex
she needs 4/5 quotes for each trade
 
they are getting a grant as my nan is diabled and its what they want as plasterers do we need too be fmb's or not lads looked on the web £300 ish take the p*ss :o
 
it a fall rip out and start agen they are comming to stay here as im going there too do the skimming as they will pay for most of it but not all of it
when the fitters come to do the refit bathroom and kitchen rip out remove old tiles bath and stuff
i take it they skim out the whole room then ??? ready for the new stuff or not
its a new bathroom/kitchen and rewire what trades in first then lads as im trying too help them out with it
getting quotes and time frames as ill be on site from start to finish on my tod ill be skimming
but need too know what trades in first ???
looking for a spread that renders too for a price need too in clude price of scaffolding and ill be on site if youll need a lab 65m2 of flooring too lay when they have cleared of site on my tod not happy :'(
as the sparks dont refit it and the grant dont pay for it
 
well no m8te its not as the grant dont even pay for painting m8te as there will be a load of skimming and rendering m8te and its a old house and im just asking m8te if they dont then ill be skimming it then as the walls are all fcuked and i didnt know is it can be put in the price for the refit by the firm or not
 
as ill be on site from start too finish too hand the keys back ill be sorting trades out i was thinking sparks renders (outside) so no probs there time wize
then fitters
and plasterers finish with the flooring when the trades are gone or just get them all on site at once
 
The bloke in the shop I saw it in kept shouting his missus upstairs ???
Bloody annoying he was >:(
