History tells us that European teams never do well in hot climates, and I don't see anything changing. Germany might push it but I can't see them winning, for me Argentina have the best team on paper and on there doorstep will fancy it. That's where my money's going and chile for an outsider they pissed qualifying and Sanchez up front and Vidal the best midfielder in the world for me, is a good bet at 40/1, but a few are sticking money on them so the odds will drop to 20 odds before Saturday.

All 32 national team coaches have submitted their final 23-man squads for this summer's World Cup in Brazil. Some sides have chosen a more youthful squad than others, as Ghana are taking the youngest of all 32 teams, while Argentina are taking the oldest.

Totally misleading stat tho isn't it, there oldest is canovara I think at only 33, it sounds like there taking a bus full of pensioners, there average (mean) age is only 27 I think which is the optimum age for a footballer, so you could argue they have one of the most optimum squads there.

African teams have the fitness over European teams but lack the quality and tactical awareness, they'll get out of the group but won't win it, Ivory Coast are a good bet on that front aswell.
