well the prep we did was to power-wash it down , then acid wash it and then another water wash to neutralise any acid ,then tile with a special polymer rich adhesive , oh we fixed top-quality tile bead on the edges of the steps ,so the client will be able to see the steps as they enter the pool and leave , the guy we did this for also owns hotels, time-share communities at home and abroad , so hopefully we will get so more work from him, & and next -door was the owner of the Nando's the chicken chain...... i wish i had there money !!....Didn't know you could over tile, what prep work needs doing prior?
looks awesome as does the house :RpS_thumbup:
Fire service charges for pool fill ups down our way. Was free for years then started charging, not cheap
Never looked at it like that, only done 2 pools myself, didn't think about the filling issue too much.yep it is very expensive over here for the fire service to fill a pool , also it is too quick and can shock the shell as you should never put to much water in in 24 hour cycle the structure needs time to expand slowly .....
Agree Mack, probably down to deadline, no rush then do what the wife says....stick the half inch in and take your timethe fire service may charge, the local firemen put it down to an exercise, it is quicker then a half inch hose.
