Finishing off k-rend job in Worcester

Hi, I'm looking for someone to complete a k rend tc 10mm job. The sub base coat has only recently been "completed" with hp12 and mesh but it's a poor finish and so I'd like to find someone to make it good and look professional.

I have the primer and 3 tubs of 1mm top coat in my shed but i guess it'll require a few more bags of hp12. The single storey extension wall area is about 26m2 in total but perhaps the boundary won't require any more attention as it seems the least bad so that possibly leaves about 15m2 to fix.

I'm in Worcester, a few mins from the M5. My email is [email protected]
Thanks for looking

He was in the s**t on a job years back big school in Nuneaton, me n my gang went in finished the insulation work off and sorted the other shite out him n his lads done, meshed the two biggest panels on the job and textured the lot in 3 different colours like a F*****g chess board we pulled our tripe out on there to help him out then tried comin the cuunt when it was payday saying he was gonna hold money back until the mc had signed it off, the would answer the phone but would send texts and said he was withholding money due to cleaning ect so I went back to site and the cleaning was the news him n his morons had made. I got on with the site agent he called him up and said either pay the lads what you owe em or we’ll pay them what we owe you. It went in the next day

He had one on him when he asked if we’d do another job for him and I told him to get fuucked he could t understand why lol big prick man

Lots of poor work all round. Push fit waste. Badly laid out Or rather not thought out fascia and cladding trims

Yep, it's unfortunate. The builder in question didn't follow the original plan and did a poor job on the fascia etc. As for the compression fittings....that was put there to allow the plasterers to remove and make a smooth job of it. Guess that hasn't happened....

Unfortunately its been a difficult affair all round. I've been in poor health (lyme disease, infections and subsequent effects) for some years and struggled with trying to do many of the works myself. I've been concentrating on the interior to be honest. But I've struggled to find honest and reliable tradesmen. I have a 20 month year old son as well....who has given me a renewed sense of purpose yet is demanding naturally.

I just completed a job for building control who gave me a deadline for finishing a number of works. I'd organised a carpenter but that was just b4 lockdown and he has yet to return to work. So I've had to have a go.

It's been a hell of a ride so far and bo doubt there's more challenges in store.

Ps I fitted the doors and had to rush fitting the landing balustrade for building control and their final visit this week and as such the floor (gas pipe needs changing so waiting for plumber) and doorways are incomplete...along with other aspects of course
