Andy I see your point but there's a point where lads are getting ripped off ?! I've been to soft in years gone by always paid lads the best I can ! I'd like to lay my head to rest thinking I've been fair ! Not knowing I've taken money of lads who earned it ...

I used to be the same. Lads that could produce quality work got decent money and a very long run of work.
