Got a renault master. Paid 2k for it. Had it a year then it we t pear shaped. Was in and our the garage for weeks on end. thankfully only got charged the initial repair as the fault couldn't be found random cutting out. Everything fuel related was changed.untill problem stopped.
Since then it's been great. 170k on the clock and still pulls like a bull.

Looking at getting a new one. Ideally new or a couple years old low mileage.

Had a transit the ride was too low and it felt weak and tinny Compared to the renault.

Admittedly the steering on the transit was a lot lighter

I really like my vauxhall vivaro sportive lwb. But if I am honest I would much rather of got a vw transporter . Lovely van to drive but may no be big enough for what you need

Get a VW Transporter Sportline. I had one. Every other trade will hate you. They are fast as fook, and just put your rates up to pay for it. It's a no brainer.

Like your style.

Why haven't you got one now though, sort it out!

Yes. Anything bigger gets delivered. What's poncey about having a nice van? Have you got a poncey car? I don't own a car because they don't interest me. I choose to have a nice van instead. Nothing wrong with looking after your stuff and taking a bit of pride in it. It's horses for courses mate. I don't want anything bigger than a Transporter. I can get a dozen or so sheets of plasterboard in if I need to, but why bother when delivery is free. The seats fold down which is handy. Saves putting the coving on the roof, especially if it's raining.

why do certain people get a semi on when fibrous cornice is mentioned.. its hardly rocket science fitting it.. just done 200 m in a house.. piece of piss.. nice rest from plastering actually...

Not rocket science at all. Same as plastering. Just a skill to master once masterd its easy.
I'm sick of fibrous ! but it's me.bread n butter and I'm the mutts nutts at it so ill keep going until I've got.me.farm and defender 110.

I think theres way more to solid than fibrous... fitting is ok occasionally, but running and making fibrous used to bore my arse off...
