Flat renovation

Hiya guys, need a hand in pricing PLz
The living room size is 6m x 4m.
Board and skim 2 walls reskim the other 2 including a lot of bonding around the fire place. Lids already done.
Hallway requires ceiling revised and skin 1 wall take down some lath and plaster and reboard and skim the other walls just bond and reskim
Kitchen requires reboard ceiling and skim and all walls reskim on lath and plasterd walls. Kitchens about 4m x 4m
Doing the job on my own for a lady.
Need help on prices as not been in it a while.

Alright bud. Work out your materials, and how many days it will take you, how much you work for a day? Add you're time and the cost of materials together.... And there's you're price. :RpS_thumbup:

I would have thought about £140 for all that. £120 if you want to go in keenly to ensure you get the work

the quoting of a price is the most important part of plastering that what governs your standard of living.
if you are unable to do this then go and work for a plastering contractor for a pittance.
