Happy to sell for £9.50 a bag if you want all of it. It is only sold by the pallet from the supplier - 56 bags for £610 so £10.90 a bag from the supplier, and is difficult to get hold of quickly at the moment as British Gypsum has been having manufacturing problems. My plasterer said to post it on a plasterers forum to see if anyone was interested- we didn’t need as much as builder expected. Is it not normally a bit cheaper than that buying from supplier?

Yes but I bought it as my kids have asthma. It was just that I had to buy a pallet - I was expecting them to use more of it but it hasn’t turned out that way!If a builder had gone 25 bags over and told me to sell it I know what I.d of said.
To be fair he may have been skimming the bathroom but had to buy a pallet....your builders fkg useless at estimating then
More like he changed plasterer half way in and old plasterer had a job for itTo be fair he may have been skimming the bathroom but had to buy a pallet....
If it’s not needed then why not just get rid of it for half of what you paid and take a loss? You’re asking way too much!Happy to sell for £9.50 a bag if you want all of it. I certainly don’t want to buy it
I bought it from Condell Building Supplies (https://www.condell-ltd.com) and it was delivered last Thursday so no, not at all. I can show any buyer the receipt. It is all in excellent condition. I appreciate all the comments - I have clearly never sold plaster before! I know it looks ridiculous to have so much over but it was the plaster that I really wanted as we are putting a lot of products with formaldehyde (even though at low levels) into our basement where there is not much air circulation and I have two kids with asthma so wanted this plaster (rather than the plaster which the plasterer would have brought with him) as it takes formaldehyde out of the air for years (which will help stop their asthma from being triggered). It is an expensive plaster and the builder and plasterer suggested I put the excess on a plasterers forum for roughly what I paid for it as it is hard to get hold of at the moment (so they thought there might be a demand for it) and 25 bags is enough for a whole job (or so the plasterer says). But happy to take £8 a bag if that is more what you would expect pricewise and if it is all taken at the same time. We are in London SE14. Photo attached of the front of the bag. It didn't show in my original post for some reason. Thanks all.Has it been stored at the bottom of the garden for long?

South of Birmingham = London.I’m in Suffolk geez!
I certainly don’t want to buy it
Fair enough. How much should I sell it for then? £5 a bag?Your not listening.
Its waaay too expensive
If you lived next door to me I wouldn't give you that for it because I can pop to the merchants and pay approx £8 as @Vincey says
You've bought it for your own reasons but it's got a 3 month shelf life so if you don't sell it you've lost anything you could have sold it for.
You watch the decorator will paint vinyl paint on it which will make the active air part useless anyway
I didn’t know I’d met you.....Of course you don't. It clearly says on the bag that it's for professional persons.
You prefer Knauf finish Gary?I certainly don’t want to buy it
No need to swear at me Andy but let’s just say my PureFinish is a little cheaperYou prefer Knauf finish Gary?
Hi tbh it is great you have shared this here on forum and good idea from your plasterer but I suggest a solution to get shot of the materialsFair enough. How much should I sell it for then? £5 a bag?
