My first trowel was a ragni... It wore in lovely and earned me lots of money.....one day i Got a new lab and after cleaning it off he put it on the floor at the bottom of my ladder and i stud on it ...... Was gutted........

People used to slag off ox tools, their stainless trowel is absolutely solid, great for render. I haven't tried a ragni trowel but the ragni corner trowel is awesome. Shouldn't judge a tool by its past

best corner trowel I had was a ck cheap stuff bad for rusting but good to use

I've always used Marshall town, I tried the ragni and found it much better

I had a ragni for few months it got stolen and replaced by a nice tyzack that was early 1984.
As an apprentice to go from a ragni to a tyzack was like going from council house banger to a rolls. Didn't make me any better though.

Had the older one before, can’t remember what happened to it. Using a Marshalltown twitcher for about a year now . Still digs in f**k**g annoying. Thought would bite the bullet and go the ragni 103 from toolstation. Perfect out of the box. Binned the Marshalltown

Trowel talk is so different nowadays,. People used to say tyzack were the One and only yet now are almost non existent on the market. Marshall town have produced some utter crap over the years when changing their steel supply and then there's the flex trend , Medi, plazzi .
