Does anyone know someone who is selling a g4 light , spray render machine secondhand ? Must be in good condition .. Inbox me

Is this the best machine for weber , monocouche anyone know anything about this machine or any other ?

You cant recieve PM's your post count is not high enough also the information is on the forum just do a search.

How many posts before I can receive pm's etc ? Anyone with a secondhand spray render machine for sale let me know , thanks ..

G4, G5 & Monojet 3 phrase are all good for mono. Plenty of power and pumping distance.

Ritmo,s are getting good reviews on here. Not quite the pumping distance or as high output as a 3 phrase but there again light enough to get onto a scaffold and the 240v can be off the mains if site conditions allow. Bear in mind with a 3 phrase you will need a genny to suit.

Loads of PFT users on here for advise and the PFT dealers will look after you. Ring PFT Northern for spares and they are in stock and delivered next morning.

To be honest we are just getting into polymers , knocking sand and cement on head all our job's to date have been hand applied but as you probably know it's hard work we have been in close contact with weber since starting using there products and all the lads including myself are going on there course . The machine will stay in the yard until we are fully versed in it's use ..

I got mine new ,that gave me the peace of mind . I always say a machine is not "plug and go "when you first buy one ,so the back up is what you will need ,but you will soon get your head around it

That's what I was thinking ! I don't expect instant results its going to take time to get used to its operation , pit falls etc the jobs seem to be getting bigger so machine is the way forward were not millionaires but I'm confident in time we will recoup what we lay out and most importantly be doing things the right way .

That is the way to look at it mate ,it is a lot of money ,but in time you will not look back . If you could have someone with you for a week that can show you the ropes ,that would save you time and money in the long run .

I'll have another look I just put in spray render machine and it brought up that utiform , put in g4 nothing came I'll try again ...

To be honest I didn't know if you could machine apply the rend aid I thought it would put in on too thick ?

All to do with rotar and stators speeds and gun cap nozzle sizes. Plenty of lads on here will advise but as you will be probably buying the parts of Les at PFT Northern he will advise you what r&s you need and nozzle sizes.

If you do buy second hand from a private sale I suggest you take it to PFT Northern for a service and then get training into how to use it both physically and be PFT approved (health & safety). If you are miles away you could send it by pallet first and pick it up after training. But to save a lot of hassle buy of them if you can.

Yeah that's what I'm going to do ! Going to get on blower to them tomorrow , suppose 4 grand for g4 and a good generator is still good . It's only a couple of half decent jobs and we will have made it back ! :RpS_biggrin:
