general election july, 2024.

While I agree they're all useless. I still want to know who, after this uprising is going to take their place to make the decisions and keep the country running.
Hospitals for example won't run by themselves, who decides their outcome.
Well I suppose we would have to organise new ways to make joint decisions?
I'd suggest that anyone proven to be in cahoots with the likes of the WEF be tried for treason and executed.
My guess would be that once our money stops being siphoned off to the wef lot we'll suddenly realise that there's plenty of money for internal improvements.

Great idea,! Organise Joint decisions.
Though could take a while to ask everyone what's most important for them.
wonder if we'd all agree!!
and if not who'd make final decisions
Might have to elect a chairman or something!
Maybe have a meet in the pub to decide.
Just got to decide which one, I vote for the one at the end of my road ,
See you all there on the 4th July we can decide then instead of going to polls!
I've decided I'm not buying, it's for the best, I'm sure you'll all agree.
Simple!

No one I know and I’m gonna take a punt here that no one you know or anyone on this forum has been directly affected by Brexit !!!!
It’s all boll ocks. There’s still red tape to iron out I’ll admit but if at the moment this is the worse it is,blimey imagine how much better it all will be in the coming years ???
Yes I've been affected by Brexit - lost my easy access to Europe and now have to hand over my personal fingerprint /biometric info to travel, and renew my passport before it expires - unable to travel on it as there's not enough time on it for the EU to accept.
We've all been affected by the increase in food costs and food shortages, some as a result of EU Countries keeping the food when crops were poor, rather than supply the UK, due to the increased import rules, forms and crap due to Brexit.
Labour allowed the NHS to become semi-privatised by allowed them to do private medicine to subsidise the underfunding, and giving the senior staff way too generous personal contracts. My father waited years for cataract operations on thre NHS, whereas my ex, thru' works insurance, is having hers done privately in 3-4 weeks, at an NHS hospital by an NHS/private surgeon, in what could have been NHS time. - Blair/Brown set that up, BMJ went on strike when the Cons tried to amend things.

I haven’t lost my access to Europe!! I Go thru passport control as quickly as I did before and as for biometrics they have been in place for god knows how long. You dont think the war in the Ukraine putting up fuel prices also has something to do with the rise in food prices??

Brexit was always going to be difficult you don't leave an organisation that you've been part of for decades and expect everything to be perfect. It's early days yet and this will develop as time goes on,
For example when we joined the EEC we were no longer doing our own trade deals, all that expertise was stripped out of our civil service. Now it's back in our hand's it's imperative we build that back up.
This is the first phase of Brexit, it really is time to put the past behind us and move on.

Like I said in an earlier post, if this is the worst it is then we re not doing to bad atm,

I'm sure that your experience isn't universal but we have to move on.
What I'd like to see is a pragmatic brexit rather than the ideological one that has prevailed so far.
