The Royal Family bring sod all in from tourism. It's the palaces and castles that bring that in. If we shipped their arses out of them and opened them up they'd bring in a he'll of a lot more
 
Labour just five points behind in the latest poll. This can happen. The Tory Press will try and smear him over the next week but I've a feeling people are seeing through this. If he gets through this week in tact and then goes into the debate the week after I think he can do it. Just needs to keep Diana Abbott out of the picture. Or we need Trump to come out and back Theresa May. That will swing some votes his way. People read garbage like this and see right through it:

"Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said it was "absolutely monstrous" that the Labour leader had attempted to "justify" or legitimise the actions of terrorists."

He didn't do either.

Now that you've read the speech for yourself you can see that Corbyn never once tried to justify or excuse terrorism. He simply tried to explain that the current approach to terrorism is has been failing, and that whichever party forms the next government has a duty to do better.

Agree with him or disagree with him on these points, that's fine.

But don't allow sick right-wing liars like Ben Wallace and Boris Johnson programme you into believing reality-reversing nonsense about what Corbyn said.

These Tory liars are expecting you, and me, and the rest of us. to just believe their outright lies about what Corbyn actually said without considering his actual words.

How sick and arrogant is it that they expect people to just lap up their lies and smears, rote learn them, and then repeat them as if they're facts?

How much intellectual dishonesty does it prove that instead of offering any kind of logical counter-argument to what Corbyn asserted, they just try to programme the public to reject it by spreading their outright lies and smears?

How much contempt does this brazenly dishonest smear campaign show for the general public?

To be fair, not a bad speech. Think their manifesto tick the right boxes it's just a shame I don't trust them with regards to the EU...... and let's be honest it's not like governments usually stick to their manifestos.

Atleast he has an actual plan for brexit and is talking with the public regarding it, unlike May who is running scared, but she has to speak to some very important people soon so let's wait for that car crash :)
 
I'm a Tory voter but my problem is he is more credible than she is.....I think he actually wants to do right....whether he could or not if he got in I dont know but he's the first politician in a long time who seems genuine about trying to make things better. Theresa may makes me feel sick every time I hear one of her speeches ....she does not make me think strong and stable no matter how often she says it

To be honest she's pushed me into the undecided camp....will let it unravel for a while longer before I decide....think if it was Cameron I wouldn't be having a dilemma
 
This is why labour are closing in the polls not cos corbyn is good (he's better than I though) but cos may is f**k**g car crash

She is car crash I'm glad a Tory voter has finally said it, her being that bad has highlighted so much that is bad about the tories :)

No I think conservative will win (not sure why you think me saying Abbott will loose more votes than she wins indicates that) my problem is I dont like may but I do like corbyn....but I dont like the people corbyn is surrounded by. I think may will win but she is aweful and not sure I want to be complicit with putting her in powers....corbyn I'm starting to like but not sure I want to be complicit in putting some of the fools around him in power
 
Who I think will win has no bearing on who I'll vote for though, I'll vote for who I think is right.....if I manage to work it out

Unlike the tories they are not running an American style popularity contest they have a fully costed manifesto that the public can see and the tories have one they can see right through :)

Im not going down yours and GPS arguing route but sadly a lot of it is a popularity contest and people vote for the people they like....I won't but a lot will and Abbott isn't doing anyone any favours

To be fair I don't argue sides I post up videos and facts about both sides it's up to you what you think. So you think amber rudd is doing a good job? She has got her figures mixed up a lot of times also.

Your right I dont rate amber Rudd either....to be honest mate its a shambles the whole lot of them in both parties....the only one who seems cool and collected is the man who was meant to be some sort of hippy....maybe its time for a new real party to emerge....if a viable option turned up reds and blues would flock to them
