I am feeling a lot better today so decided to bosh a wall on with @BritishGypsum magnetic...

I mixed it up a bit thicker this time as i made a bit of a mess the first time but she is coming along...

The pic was taken just after i topped her out and not flattened in yet....

Ok but one catch as it cost £100 per bag as it ain't venetian stuff - who would want it - I did mention to my countless mates and most of them think it's cool but worried about costs. One wall - two bags of £200 , prep the wall with pregrit and labour on top.... Is there any way BG lower the cost down say £20 per bag , then will fly off. Remember magnetic plaster is not as strong as fridge one...
its the merchants putting £50 plus quid a bag on the stuff thats making it too expensive

It's not so bad when you consider the paint is £16:00 per square metre for three coats, and most people reckon unless you use very strong magnets it really needs five or six coats.

Thanks this came out great today... mixed the first coat up stiffer than i would normally and it went well. ..

Has anyone washed a black car in the sunshine before? This is what its like... like shows everything :-/

I got loads of photos today so will get them up as soon as i get 5 mins

Danny, was that onto new plasterboard??

Got a bag of this to try, off tomorrow so goin for it. Trouble is, it's onto an emulsioned wall so was gonna just do my usual , pva it tonight then before I start another coat of pva.

Will that suffice d ya think? Maybe score wall for a bit of key first?

Will maybe research it a bit more tonight before I get to blazing...
