One of them has been in since 2013 super.got 8 years left then its paid,I bought in 2007 lived in it 4 6 years,so somebody's effectively paid off my house bar me paying mortgage 4 6 years..that's way Iook at it never missed a days rent,il need to spend about £8k tho when there move out
