This one sticks in my memory. Started his run from the centre circle, controlled it with his left foot to leave the defender for dead and then booted it in, class............and against the Jocks :RpS_thumbsup:

Gaza's was a peach of a goal, van bastens, class.... but I'll go with Alberto's just for the whole play leading up to the goal:RpS_thumbup:

in the league, paolo di canio for west ham or ryan giggs against aresnal in cup a few years ago, best individual goali remember was george weah for inter milan a about ten years ago were he ran the entire length of the pitch from his own 18yard box, similiar to maradonnas but with a bit more skill.
 
that was carlisle wasnt it, its not just the goal its the importance of the goal aswell, that kept them in the league and i think he was a loan keeper at the time.

Correct marra..................and it was in the 92/93rd minute, he was a goallie on loan and ran up the field for the last corner kick of the match with Carlisle looking at non-league football.................A legend around Carlisle.

That ryan giggs goal was class............anyone remember that tony yeboah( think thats how you spell it) when he was at leeds.....dont think he ever scored a tap in they were all top corner jobs.............:RpS_thumbup:
 
Yeah-Boah!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scored some awesome goals, it's on youtube so I'll sniff it out. Best one was from about 40 yards out :RpS_thumbsup:
 
Scored a cracker against liverpool and wimbeldon from what i can remember.........:RpS_thumbup:...he didnt seem to stay a leeds long for some reason
