You gave Ten years on every thing , WHY, and how you gonna back this up , industry standard is one year on every thing ,this is considered reasonable by the courts, unless you get a manufacturer to back you up with their product guarantees , ie some render manufacturers will offer their ten year guarantee on products but you must be an approved/accredited applicator/installer , same as with my sovereign dpc/tanking guarantees i am able to write these up my self offering up to thirty years on some applications, but this is backed up with company insurance (which you pay a fee percentage on the invoice total) so if i no longer trade the house holder/clent still has some come back whether it's product failure or operator error

Leyland true guard is the best masonry paint on the market in my opinion.I use it all the time.I drive by an asian temple( daily) i painted with this stuff 10 year ago and it still lokos fine.Most importantly its not expensive .
also about 3 noth ago i painted over red masonry paint with magnolia in two coats wqith this gear,excellent coverage.
Will last ten years if render left to dry properly.
12 month guarantee on render.

oasis trust me mate leyland paint is the bomb.5 litres mixed to any colour i like £16.
Dulux5 litres mixed any colour £30 + 5000 colours to choose from
if u gonna start painting business pal quote for dulux use leyland and get it colour matched on a big house i.e 4 bed ul make an extra $300 minimum,try this stuff too leyland high opacity paint for new plaster 2 coats straight from tub no mist and covers AAAA++++++

what does he want guaranteed on the paint? flaking or colour?
render needs repainting every couple of years to keep the colour looking fresh and bright. not a lot u can do about that.
