I always tell people to get an independent damp expert who'll tell you how i'm going to fix it. Damp confuses the s**t out of me at times! Door seal? I dunno...

I thing you must check out side the wall and roofing as well , might be leakage from both of the end. I would suggest you to contact any near damp proof specialist they will help you.
