i can't get this thing to work. Every time I add a bag of mix in the hopper for the first time it gets blocked.

what rotor and stator are you using ?? where is your water set? what are you trying to pump

this is a single phase Monojet yes ?? you will need a suitable rotor stator to use the machine successfully in single phase. The pft d6-3 slimline rotor and stators was developed for single phase machines and i have used it here in the UK on a G4 switchable. A standard d pump rotor stator will struggle to run with a single phase supply.
