That's the problem sometimes a lot of blokes won't stand up to the gaffers as they don't want to get the tin tak as understandingly they have bills family's etc I also have a family and bills but won't be treated like a fool I used to love it when they would go well if you don't like it you know where the door is I used to go ok no problem and get in the van n fuk off their faces were a picture I even had another spread begging me to stay with one firm I said no way I just told the gaffer to shove his job up his ring piece I drove off and left him looking bewildered on the driveway haha

Totally agree , My pet hate is bully's, and these dicks literally hold the job to ransom, thinking that were ten a penny
