Im just reskiming old house's I tried more pva and it is helping loads thanks all for your help everyone some times onto bonding but I was bonding then skimming the next day I starting to do it on the same day now this has helped me loads also thank you again

Bonding can be a bitch, I always try and skim over bonding within an hour if its been put onto a sucky background if its on board or a low suction background next day is fine with a bit of wet down.
