Help understand damp on dot and dab area

Hi All,

Hoping some advice or suggestions
Walls tanked and injected
Plasterboard dot and dabbed
Been 10 weeks plus

However seeing the following on dot and dab areas and around sockets:

Looks like your electric is leaking in the first picture.
The electric might be tracking along and making the other areas damp.
Or your tanking might not be working?

Did you dab on the tanking or put a tight scratch coat on first?

PVA over tanking? Jeeeeez you deserve this!! Should at least of put a waterproof scratch on before dabbing. To be honest I wouldn't have even tanked...horrible stuff and a waste of time should of just membraned the f**ker.

Did you x2 pass the tanking?

This is a hack off my friend...check the tanking...then a waterproof scratch coat and re dab.
