hi, not sure if i have posted in the right place but i’m looking for some advice please on why our k rend gable would be staying wet like this? Newbuild about 3 years old, spandrel panel inside skin. The other gable is fine. It’s the only one like it on the development so guessing there’s an issue. Thanks, Aaron.

I would close the gap up on facia with a plastic strip and seal on too render you could give that a whirl first
