Help!
hi, not sure if i have posted in the right place but i’m looking for some advice please on why our k rend gable would be staying wet like this? Newbuild about 3 years old, spandrel panel inside skin. The other gable is fine. It’s the only one like it on the development so guessing there’s an issue. Thanks, Aaron.

Architect dropped a bollock, not enough over hang on the roof design.
Common mistake that wouldn't be as noticeable on brickwork but would still effect the life span duration.
Lots of rain/ snow more overhang but take into account other factors such as exposure to heavy wind (uplift), the orientation of the build to weather is rarely taken into account by planners (especially in new housing plots).
