Hi all, new to the site, J & S Plastering of County Durham been a plasterer for 24 years also taught plastering in colleges across north of England

A right pain in the butt i did it back in the late 80's and kept getting lumbered with apprentice brickies,painters,chippy's etc who has to do a weeks appreciation of other trades and basically did'nt give a toss about spreading. That said the last young'un i spoke to who was learning to spread at a college was being taught by a brickie who of course knew everything there was to know about plastering.
