Still on it mate, get back on the 10th. The GF is just in the shower and getting ready before we go out for dinner so thought I would play some catch up ;)

Hows things going with you mate? Nice and busy?
Is that the new speedskim GF? It's better than the SF and the STI

I need to put in an order next week for trowels for my apprentice lecturer please feel free to add freebies etc I was promised one of those to try off Ryan but never arrived?? Any hoo I will put a note on my order as the bloody website didn't recognise me and had to re register after all I've done to help :aburrido:
There is a queue for freebies, marshmeister and it's behind me and the dreamteam league :-P

Ryan do u no if all the speed skims with metal blade have joints in the metal ? My dad got one off @Arti and we noticed today cos he thought it had a nick in it , was defo made with 2 seperate bits on the blade , its like 5/8th of the way along it ?!?

Hi mate, this would be an early SF (pink). We had some issues at the beginning with the metal strip (as it was hardened steel it had a tendency to sometimes fracture, probably due to temperature change). @Atrti had an original to try out. Its been a journey like all new tool concepts and now has spring steel as the tip. This has been in circulation for some time now and is solved as a problem.
Current SF's have 0.24 spring steel tip and high bond/high flex 3M tape.

Improving the product further New Generation SF will roll out in around 8 weeks. These will have the black co-ex rubber seal (which has been incredibly successful on ST blue) to reduce operator maintenance..

New double button end caps will be in circulation in around 8 weeks also..

Hope thats helpful ;-)

Thanks for the reply , i did guess his was a tester one etc just thought it seemed abit odd :)

Cant believe @Speedskim poaching on others threads ?? Bit naughty?? From the pics youve posted from your customers pics id say the eze spat is head and shoulders above the speedskim. @scottie5 to be fair knows how to use one but unsure if he finishes with his???

It not a hidden secret that the EZE K4 is based on the same concept of the G4, many of the components are exactly the same and come from the same manufacturer - we are not the first to do this and certainly won't be the last either.

Always said the G4 is a great bit of kit, thats why we have brought out our own version so we can compete and also offer a range for people to chose from, with us you have the choice from the M-tec Range, EZE Range and the Priomix Diesel range :)
Would i buy a copy of a machine that is time served to save a few hundred pounds ,because you cannot sell the real thing ?just a thought

so ya fatha has knacked me speedskim........................FFS.............................................:frenetico:

How about save a grand and get a bigger gene, more pipes and more Electric cable.

It's not hidden we can't sell the G4 anymore, that's why we brought our own version to the market. It was also our deduction to part ways for various reasons which will remain private and between us and PFT

I suppose no-one should buy a Maltech, Utiform, Mai and many others as they are all copies of the original PFT also

Food for thought.

Lol, I'm sure they will Keith! As you know the trowels have only had a very small issue which we have resolved and replaced. No1 apart from ourselves lost out on that. They are still selling very well though...

I'm not sure on your hang up with the EZE Range to be honest. I think if you saw the K4 and did a comparison with your G4 or the latest G4 you would be very surprised indeed
